Useless service
Been struggling 2 days now to settle 3 outstanding accounts. I went to the branch and they could not help me. I was on the phone with FNB for so long yesterday and still nothing. Amazing when you owe money to FNB and they are quick to be on your case to get the money back. But when you want to settle your accounts you just don't get any assistance. No wonder why everyone is changing banks. Because of useless service like this. Keeping me up to clear my record.

21 Feb 2020, 17:53Once again FNB has failed to assisst me. 7 min left for end of business day and still no answer... Maybe I must just not pay FNB and than will I get a reaction from them.... So FED UP with this bank and the people who does NOT care about client service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
