Useless Service

<p>On the 15th of July 2017 my VISA checue account card got cloned in the Village Mall , Ifafi , Hartebee****rtdam. I realized immediately that something was wrong and I cancelled my card. I was on my way overseas and obviously this posed a massive problem for me seeing that I needed the card for my overseas trip. Luckily I was told I do not need to worry seeing that the FNB branch is normally open on Sundays as well. I booked into a guesthouse and returned the next day just to find that the bank is not open , no sign on the door to inform customers - I phoned the emergency number at the tellers - person on the other end of the line (obviously a call centre) told me there was nothing they can do. I borrowed my brother's credit card and I went on my way overseas.</p> <p>I reside in Jeffreys Bay and on the 21st of July 2107 my wife discovered that my card is getting swiped at toll gates - this is all that the **** could do seeing that they do not have my pin number - she immediately phoned the bank upon which some individual repiled that we never "blacklisted" the card. Ok , we then blacklisted the card, just to find out that even still after blacklisting the card , the swiping of my card still continued. My wife made her way to the bank again , informing them of the situation just to be informed "Mam , you just going to have to live with it , there is nothing we can do about it , it can take up to 14 days to see if this will stop , no guarantee". In the meantime the **** is still swiping the card irregardles at their leasure and I am paying - FNB is totally *********** to stop this card. Does this mean I have to now close the account in totality , change all my stoporders , just because they are *********** to stop the card. Best of all , I was reffred to this bank about 3 years ago and I moved everything over to this bank , and this is the way they handle matters like this. If I need to close my account because of this , I can just as well move back over to my old banl because this is totally unacceptable. I demand that FNB pay back all the money that I've lost during this non conformance on their side. Thank you !</p>
