Useless Security for the average joe

My cellphone screen broke and had to revert back to a older model. Now i wanted to install the app on the old phone again but does not allow it. So FNB phoned me back and I went through a questionnaire to give them permission to take of my old app. I failed the process I was told. So much S**t to get some thing simple sorted but if your card get ****** or lost then they can empty your account. Now I have to drive out to a Branch to sort this out and wait for 2 hours for some idiot to sort it out. We are in the free world were i can just take leave or just go and do what I want.
