Useless Secure Chat and Service

The secure chat is useless, they don't even read what you're asking. It's like they send pre made responses for keywords. Don't ever help on the various times I tried to ask them things. Recently tried to ask why I get statements every 3 months when the pricing guide for my account shows 'current month statements'. Upon requesting one I was told to wait for it to generate, so just the two more months wait to get last months statement. Even if they requested a fee for the statement but no it's impossible apparently.
