Useless Relationship Manager

We have been with FNB business enterprise for over 5 years, but we get no service, no response and no communication from our so called business relationship manager who is also clueless on their products as well. You will need them once in a year and they can't even assist due to negligence. I hope changing to a new bank will be better experience.
