Useless reckless bank

My bank card was ****** in Menlyn mall and there was attempts on my account for R72000 and Fnb issued a new card and cancelled my profile but today I woke up to 7 transactions going off my account how come. Called my banker who didn’t answer and her assistant called to say they don’t know how this happened. Since lodging the ***** no one has called me. FNB is a **** bank and useless.
