Useless Process/Service

Terrible process to get a account unlocked due to missing FICA Documentation. Been to the branch , Original Documents Scanned and 7 Days later account still blocked. I don't understand why the account cannot be unblocked at the branch once providing documentation. Very Frustrating and and useless systems.
