Useless Private Clients Services
Since the 05/11/2018 my problem has not be solved - Fnb has very poor s****s and services when dealing with it's clients. I made several posts on Hello Peter and it seems that they don't care. You ask to speak to their CEO ,Bridgette Kruger and even she doesn't have the time , They attempt to call you once and if they don't get a hold of you the assume that the complaint has been resolved. Useless Private Clients Services.
