useless “private client” service

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would’ve deleted it. I tried lodging a dispute on my debit card manually as the app only goes back 3 months and the transaction happened 4 months ago. I was transferred 5 times to 5 different departments only to go to my nearest branch. WHAT AM I PAYING THE PRIVATE CLIENT FEE FOR?
