Useless private banker and team

I have had a private client account for a few years and the private banker is non existent. End up calling the private banking suite call center, so what is the point of the banker at exorbitant monthly fees? I decided to downgrade my account and save money since there is no benefit. once again being so useless I have not heard back from Fnb. At this point I dont mind closing my account since they clearly have so many clients customer service is out the window.
