Useless Private Banker and Home loan division

I want to lodge a formal complaint against Zoleka Phika who has been *********** as an apparent Private Banker on my account. She has never been available to address queries I had, always out of office and now unreachable at a time when you could have shown how a good bank can operate.

Furthermore, you home loan division and Valuer messed up admin on their side and led to a delay that is causing us to lose the offer on a house. The above left me with no other option than to accept an offer from another bank because FNB failed to provide a good service to their private clients.

I will be closing all my accounts, and take my business elsewhere seeing as they want customers and can help them. I want this matter to be looked into and the responsible parties held accountable for their incompetence and unwillingness to provide the "Private client" experience.
