Useless Private Banker

FNB forcing me with a useless private banker I have been asking them to remove as my private banker as she has never help me with anything. She acts too big for that position. She's never available when you need her, doesn't respond to messages on email. Been asking her for the same thing for the past 11 months with no help. I'm ready to take all my business to the bank that will show a little bit of caring. I have been bekezeling for nonsense for too long as if I owe them my loyalty.
