Useless private banker

With the updated rules of Ebucks, FNB pay give 500 reward points.

I tried several times to use the FNB pay in July, but everytime I got a error message.

I wrote to my 'private banker' on the 19th of July, asking her for assistance. However, she did not offer any assistance. I had to write to different departments. It was only 2 days before month end that someone call, and literally within 2 minutes, she assisted. However, due to the little time left for the month end, I could not use the FNBpay. That has caused me to drop to level 3, and I lost so much ebucks.

Its pathetic that I have a 'private' banker, and still do not get any assistance.

I demand that either my banking fees for last month are refunded, orI get the ebucks for the FNB pay.
