USELESS, POOR SERVICE FOR A PRIVATE CLIENT ACCOUNT.
USELESS BANK EVER! RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN, I HAVE A PRIVATE CLEINT ACCOUT WITH THEM, I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN NOTHING OUT OF IT, THEIR PRIVATE BANKERS ARE AS USELESS. I ASKED FOR THE ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSE A MONTH AGO, EVEN TODAY I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE DELAY IS, I KEEP PAYING THE SERVICE FEES, BANKING FEES, BUT FOR THEM TO CLOSE IT, I AM STILL YET TO FIND OUT WHEN. I KEEP ON GETTING "YOUR QUERY IS ESCALATED" TF! FNB CLOSE THE FLIPPIN ACCOUNT BRO. I DO NOT NEED TO USE YOUR SERVICE ANYMORE, I HAVE MOVED TO BEST BANKS IN SA.

21 Jan 2025, 13:25A lot of reference numbers I have for merely closing an account that does not even owe anything, A lot of escalations , well who knows? if they are really escalations or you just hate to see us leave? instead fix your problems to prevent us from closing our accounts! one of them is your useless service! for such a big brand like you FNB.
