USELESS POLICY/PLANNING/SERVICE

I transferred R20k into my Credit Card on 1 August. Unbeknownst to me, my credit card expired on 31 July. Now tell me, WHO regularly checks their expiry date? My card still looks frikken new!! Only after multiple declines at dinner did I click it must've expired, and then checked.
So, now I cannot access the R20k with my credit card, so you'd expect me to be able to transfer the money with online banking to one of my other accounts. NOPE!! They will not let you do ANY transfers??
Now... WHERE DO I START ON THIS??
1. NO ONE WARNED ME OR CONTACTED ME THAT MY CARD WOULD BE EXPIRING SOON, LET ALONE ACTUALLY JUST SEND ME A NEW CARD.

2. HOW IS IT that I cannot access my own money that I only JUST transferred into the account??
3. HOW IS IT that I can transfer money INTO the account when the credit card has expired but cannot transfer money OUT OF IT??? THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!!

All of this is simply insane. And just poor form from FNB!! Now I must wait 3-5 working days to access my R20,000??? Are you out of your minds????

I expect you to give me access to my money ASAP or else.

SHOCKING SERVICE. DOWNRIGHT SHOCKING.
