Useless pathetic staff and service from FNB

It's going almost 2 weeks now were i am trying to get a simple matter sorted out with the *********** useless staff at FNB. Do i need to start taking legal action and get ****ing lawyers involved in order to get some assistance or do i need to go into a branch and ****ing cause a scene. Knock some ****ing sense into a branch manager in order to be assisted.
