Useless, pathetic, *********** consultants

Sadly, FNB is living up to their reputation of not caring for loyal clients. My complaint was given a reference number. NO ONE called me at all. But suddenly two days after my complaint, I get a message saying the case has been resolved and closed. So they are now taking it upon themselves to shut down cases which they CAN'T OR DON'T WANT to resolve. I guess their staff is so *********** that they can't handle simple issues. Share investment division, your attitude stinks.
