Useless pathetic FNB online Banking & useless App

This PayPal service is USELESS!!! Why can’t I change the email and update it on my own?! Your banking app on the phone updates details but on the online banking there are restrictions on my account and it shows Error codes at every turn. Extremely daunting and frustrating process. Remove this as a service you claim to offer. It’s NON FUNCTIONAL AND NON USER FRIENDLY. It’s a complete and utter waste of time!!! MoneyGram is so seamless! Just invest in your IT Department to fix these errors, shameful that your IT department is clearly a mess. Hire good developers who actually know how to create functioning websites!!! Pathetic!
