Useless Pathetic bank

It was a simple request, I went into the bank , sat down with a consultant and changed my debit order for my loan from my capitec account( which I no longer use) to my new more professional bank FNB. Guess what, it has been about 5 months now with me having to go into the bank every week and throwing my toys out my cott and they still cant get it right, December I was in the bank yet again and was told it has all been sorted out, but guess what different year and the same problem. CAPITEC you have the most *********** people working for you. I am going to take this bank and post its pathetic service all over social media as well as getting hold of Consumer watch. I am gatvol of your useless service and *********** people that work for you. If need be I will take this whole matter to court. You have 24hrs to contact me back. You are so quick to send threatening sms when you are the ones who cant get it right. FYI not the first time I am posting Capitec on this site, first time they tried *****ing my money.
