Useless online FNB online banking chat

I was chatting to the most useless banker , Thabo Dlamini, on the FNB online app yesterday. I wanted assistance with scheduling of my card delivery on the app. The app doesnt respond when I click "schedule", Thabo Dlamini just gave me the number for App support. Instead of him taking the time and finding out what the issue is with app support or better still assiting me to schedule my card delivery, I tried to respond to him, but he simply ingored my messages. I am disgusted at this level of service, please train Thabo Dlamini on how to chat to clients on the app, he cant just ingore msgs from clients. I am very upset and quite frankly, disguted....
