USELESS ONLINE CHAT FUNCTION ON FNB

I experienced a error when using the FNB online banking. i used the CHAT function, at approx 10.20am and posted my query. in a few minutes, i got a reply that number 6 in queue . then i got a reply that i am chatting with pumzile. that was it nothing after that. i sent 2 more chats and she did not reply. THIS CHAT IS USELESS> YOUR STAFF ARE USELESS AND IRRITATING. WHAT A WAST OF MY TIME.
