Useless online chat

I have never experienced such bad service on an online portal. The FNB price suite chat is the most useless app ever. This morning I waited to be assisted and no assistance came through. I had to wait for 30 minutes and when the consultant comes through they don’t even give you a minute to respond then they end your chat without even offering any assistance. Bad service must fall!
