Useless nothing more I can say

What a useless bank and I've just joined them what a sorry start. So they courier the card to my house I call 4 times to register the card I get dropped by the same agent twice and then they tell me my up is not setup I have to go in to the bank. Why tell me to courier the card why not tell me before you have to go in even due to covid19 you can't even do this now I have to stand in a long line in the eastern cape where covid19 is at its worse. What an absolute waist of time.
