Useless NavCar option for license renewal.

I have no issue with FNB in general, but the NavCar option is driving me absolutely crazy and after multiple emails and calls logged, I am still not getting a response. How is it that FNB has a collaboration with a company to renew license, but there is no way for FNB to contact this company for follow up. I need my money refunded TODAY. I have waited long enough. This Road Protect people seem to be the only ones experiencing delays in our area. I need my money back today so that I can pay another vendor tomorrow as penalties and fines are applicable as from Wednesday. I have been begging for a manager to contact me as the multiple emails are not helping AT ALL. I will NOT recommend the NavCar option to anyone.
