Useless NAV Car

How hard can it be to get my license disk delivered to me . You pride yourselves with being innovation but you can’t manage those innovations. I renewed my disk on NAV vehicle on the 25th of November and I am still waiting . Clearly you guys want me to get traffic fines for something like have done. Now your stupid app says I don’t have pending renewals but my disk was never delivered nor was I contacted by any courier company . I want my disk; I paid for my it and all the admin fees that relate to it so I should have have it by now.
