Useless lyers.

I've been struggling with a payment refund for 26 business days. Until yesterday the best response that I got was "We are attending to the matter."

Yesrerday I spoke to Wonder (Consultant), whom put me in contact with team leader Kean. These two gentlemen turned my frustration of not getting answers, to the frustration of being **** to.

Kean promised to call me back before 12 which did not happen, I phoned back and the call got dropped out of the blue and immediately Wonder phoned me, quite the coincidence.

Where Mr. Wonder guaranteed me that my money would be refunded that same day before 16h30. By the time their department is closed. Conveniently for them.

It is now the following day and there is still no refund. Thank you for lying to me and giving me false hope.

Don't forget one thing my lying *********** friends, the wheel is round...

My apologies, Wonder is the team leader not a consultant. I'm currently (10h16) on hold with him as he wants me to wait again until tomorrow. Just to have him tell me to give them until 16h30 again tomorrow? The same man that made me a promise that the money would be refunded on Friday before 16h30, why should I believe him this time? I believe it's fair of me to request immediate assistance.

Let see how long he puts me on hold today before he drops the call as I'm certain he has no intention to solve this matter immediately as I requested.

So Mr. Wonder Silinda promised to phone me by 12h00. FNB, is it your policy to make empty promises, do you train your people to act this way, or is it just the way Mr. Silinda treat the clients?

Well to no surprise, Mr. Wonder has not phoned me back as promised. When I phoned now "He's in a meeting", when asked to speak to his superior, got transferred. Two rings and the call got dropped.
