USELESS!!! Looking for another bank that actually works.

What a joke. FNB clients pay so much for service fees. I order a new debit card LAST WEEK, and I am still waiting for a phone call to confirm delivery.

I am seriously looking at shifting my accounts to another bank. And to think I have so many accounts with them.

They truly don't deserve my business. I do not have the time to get through your automated nonsense for a simple debit card.

There was a time when I could order a card, and it would be delivered within 3 to 5 days with the previous courier comany they used.

I believe they now send the cards via Takealot delivery team, yet another USELESS company that CAN NEVER deliver on time.

I contacted FNB via secure chat, and even that is not working.

I think that FNB should review how they charge us for service fees. When you (FNB), fail to provide service in any given month, then our service fees should be refunded or not charged either.

Maybe you should consider refunding the card replacement fee that you deducted so quickly from my bank account.

And for the future, maybe refund all card replacement fees if the card remains undelivered in 3 working days.

Please do not bother to call me. I do not have the time to talk to you for something as trivial as delivering a new debit card. And if you really do need to contact me, do so via email. As i do not have ti e to take calls between my patients appointments. Us earthlings have to work extra hard to be able to afford your bank.

Just deliver my card please. This is my only request.
