Useless Live support chat
Useless Live support chat - They log into the live chat say hello and disappear with no response after you write out and explain your whole case.

05 Mar 2024, 12:57Thank you, I'm looking forward to the feedback. After I left my review it got worse. I was transferred from 1 agent to the Forex agent, from the Forex agent back to the normal customer agent, and then back to a Forex agent. Think I was transferred 5 times. I've been banking with FNB since 2007 and a private client but I don't feel that means anything. None of these agents are willing to assist in resolving the matter and investigating the case. They just read some FAQ sheets and transfer you around till you give up.
