Useless & Limited Legal service!!

These people are never directly contactable, when I complete the form for a call back, I never get a call back and always need to complete numerous call back forms. I completed a form beginning of July already with a message saying that I would like to cancel this service. I took a screenshot of this so I have proof. I want this service cancelled ASAP and do not want to be billed for this for August. This service is really useless and not really helpful on the handful of times I actually needed real assistance, I was also limited to what assistance I am able to receive. PLEASE CANCEL THIS.
