USELESS LAW ON CALL

I’m actually shocked and flabbergasted that FNB Law On Call actually leaves you in the ditch when you need them.

This evening I had a sick child at home and took him to hospital and I was stopped by the police and they were harassing me. I was actually being driven to a police station with my child screaming . I called your law on call 7 times and it rang until it it went to voicemail all the 7 times.

How dare you say it’s a 24/7 hour service, when I called you couldn’t even assist. I ended up asking my partner in CPT to get a lawyer colleague to assist us. I want my premium back cause this service is flipping useless and I’d rather pay a proper lawyer a retainer that waste my money on you. I don’t want your stupid apology, I want my premiums back because you’re ******** us of our hard earned money and can’t deliver the service your policy says you should.
