Useless laptop

Bought a laptop through FNB last year may. The laptop was giving problems from beginning I complained they took back the laptop and after a wait sent me another one new. The second one doing the same as first. I was so frustrated and left it but still paying for it I contacted them again with the same complaint. Asked to speak to a manager at digital section. Only promises . No one has contacted me. They really got no respect for their customers. When u call you get put to 5 people and no joy. I’m paying for something I can’t use. Sharing this with me daughter she told me she also bought a laptop via FNB same problem that she don’t use the laptop it’s useless takes forever to start up. The reason I bought it via FNB is I’m a pensioner and thought it was a good deal.
