Useless ****ing customer care from FNB!

I am still waiting for a ****ing ***** from FNB to contact me regarding issues that I have been experiencing since my account upgrade which also affected my eBucks.

You guys are a bunch of ****ing useless ****holes who show no interest in a customer care but very quick to deduct fees when you guys ****ing need it.

Here is the reference number I got from my last complaint: ***NF I am waiting days for a response. Even eskom doesn't this long with load shedding!
