Useless house hold content insurance.

They don’t even deserve the rating. I claimed for a fridge that was not cooling 7 days ago. Put in a claim with them and had to follow up every 2 hours for their service provider to come out. After the service provider came I still had to call them to get an update on my claim.

I’m only told today that my claim is invalid cos it’s wear and tear issues. Why was I not told that of this before I lost all my food. I would have made plans to get the fridge fixed on time.

The service is very poor and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
