Useless hospital cash back plan with FNB

I have a hospital cash back plan with FNB and since last year between March and February I wanted to claim and I was told to get all the documents needed and the doctor was not working there anymore and I got proof but still up to this hour they are still investigating and say it takes 48 hours but still no response.I am very angry as if I'm a ********
