Useless Homeloans department

I have long ago requested cancellstion of my homeloan insurance, yet it is still showing on my homeloan account. Is there anyone actually wirking in the homeloans department because it's been weeks that we have struggled with this department and quite frankly, it's beyond pathetic. If FNB doesn't fix this, my payment will bounce. So fix this ASAP!!!
