Useless, helpless pathetic service

I will never get why big banks do such I deposited R2000 in my credit account and about R700 something was taking and I withdrew R250 and left like R900 and this Sunday I am checking the balance is R7. What what happened I don't know nothing is showing on the statement, I use their chat app which is useless yet they offer it to us and agent takes super long respond and eventually she responds and says to contact the credit card guys between Monday to friday. Like I said they useless then I am asked if the is something else they can assist me with as if I was assisted. This bank is useless. If money just. Dissapear then then that to a loan rather then I know no money will come out or I can use from it becuase you take money or else ill stop paying it. You are full of ****
