Useless Help Desks

FNB and Sage Feeds integration sounds like a great idea, well, just on paper! I recently joined Sage Accounting and after reading an article (https://www.sage.com/en-za/blog/sage-and-fnb-bank-feed-integration-4-ways-business-benefits/) I thought this would be great! I had no issues adding other banks to our new accounting system but just the FNB. To make it worse, the online support is not just useless - they seem to have no clue what-so-ever. I was transferred from one consultant to another yet nothing tangible came out of it. I was transferred from Business Solutions to Digital department and all other departments. Please FNB, take time to educate you staff - they don't know their products and it's a shame!
