Useless Health Cash Plan and useless bank

FNB and call center staff are pathetic and *********** and are only money hungry wolfs that take their clients money and when they want to claim for being in hospital for almost a month due to a heart attack they have long stories and can not even call you back in regards to your claim, My Father was hospitalized from the 19th of September 2024 till the 10th of October for a heart bypass surgery the claim was initiated on the 12th of October after his discharged from hospital, it has been now almost a month and all there call center staff can say is "we have escalated the matter to our head office and they will be in contact with you in 24 hours" Clearly they don't know how long 24 hours is or they never been to school to read a watch to see how long 24Hours is.
