Useless guy in FNB (Rahim Salamaan), Useless like the bank itself

Rahim Salamaan is the most useless guy in FNB. I complain on hello peter today with money that's not reflecting in my account. He gives me a stupid response. Haven't seen such an *********** bank. "Good Day Mr. touch

kindly note that when a third party effects a payment to your account as the beneficiary, you must request the turnaround time from the sender. If the sender advises you on a turn around time but to no avail then the sender must contact his bank to request a trace request of the funds.

FNB Hello Peter Complaints" I checked with my client. see response below "Good Day Please see attached audit trail of payment made to your bank account on Friday. If payment still not received please could you query with your bank. Perhaps they will be able to find the payment. Please advise me if there are any other assistance you might need in this regard"
