Useless ***** department

So I had 2 open ***** cases with cases, one of which is a cheque account *****. To this day I do not get any feedback from the so called ***** analyst Beverly Nukeri, send her email she doesn’t respond, call her line she doesn’t answer. Transactions still going off my account. ******* of a bank along with *********** staff, always trying to send me to the police station for one reason or another.
