Useless ***** department

last month same day I lodged a complain about suspicious ***** on my account and i was promised that the matter will be investigated and given feed back. But to date I never received any word from my trusted bank.

I am very disappointed that somebody can come to my account and commit ***** and ***** department fails to investigate and give feedback in reasonable time. I hope I will get response soon or I will have to escalate this matter as I have no choice but seek clarity on what happend. A month has passed still waiting for response from you (fnb)or it's just a trick for me to loose hope and just leave this matter as it is?
