USELESS ***** DEPARTMENT

On 27/02/2016 my FNB bank card was ******. I cancelled the card the same day. <br> <br> Soon afterwards amounts started disappearing from my account. I lodged a complaint with the ***** department (ref: ***). I had not realised what was happening as I did not get all the sms's and mostly got them much later. All of the transactions were made at toll gates.<br> <br> The lady from the ***** department assured me that no more transactions would go off my account, but added that she could not understand how they were still taking cash after I immediately stopped my card.<br> <br> This morning about 7 more transactions went off my account. All toll gates. Of this morning I am in excess due to *****. <br> <br> Now I ask you FNB. <br> <br> HOW ARE THESE ********* STILL ABLE TO USE MY CARD AFTER IT WAS CANCELLED TWO WEEKS AGO?<br> <br> HOW DO YOU TREAT THE ********* IN THIS COUNTRY BETTER THAN YOUR OWN CLIENTS, BY JUST TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO BE PATIENT AFTER ALL MY MONEY HAS NOW BEEN WITHDRAWN AND I HAVE GONE INTO EXCESS?<br> <br> HOW CAN IT TAKE 10 DAYS FOR YOU TO INVESTIGATE WHEN IT SEEMS PRETTY SIMPLE TO ME?<br> <br> ***** IS RIFE IN THIS COUNTRY. GET MY MONEY BACK AND START PUTTING CUSTOMERS FIRST.<br> <br> I will be closing my account.
