Useless forex department and support.

Useless forex department and support! PERIOD! I was doing an international transfer on 29 June 2020 via online banking, and the status has been stuck on "Submitted to the bank" for hours without feedback. No message, no email, no notification whatsoever. When I tried to call, the phone never got picked up. Using the online chat, the person called "Setshaba" don't even know what he is talking about. I've never done a transfer that takes 30 days to arrive at my recipient.

Please CANCEL my transfer. Clearly, this bank got issues with the forex department.
