Useless for passports

Cannot book a time slot to book to sort out passport at FNB Cornubia. My previous application got cancelled because I couldn't get a booking, I have had to pay again and I still can't book a timeslot. It's becoming harder and harder to be an FNB customer! I think it's time I move over to Nedbank
