USELESS FNB SERVICE - Home Loan Ref ***

I have app**** for a further reimbur*****t loan on my home loan account to install solar panels for my house on the FNB APP in March. Month later still no respond from FNB! Finaly getting through someone to assist after holding on for hours to speak to someone and they just put the phone down in your ear! After all the drama I had to resubmit my application with forms that was send to me via email. It has now been 3 weeks , property evaluation completed all required documents send to them as they requested. The USELESS sales agent Themba Khambule - *** do not provide feedback. He ignores all emails send, all attempts to contact him via his cell phone number and landline is ignored! He doesn't phone back he doesn't give feedback I constantly have to ask on the Secure Chat on the FNB APP for feedback because this guy is not doing his job!

I have had a home loan with FNB for 7 years, all my personal accounts more than 10 years and recently created a business account with them for my business! But this is the service received from them??

YOU LEAVE ME WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO MOVE TO ANOTHER BANK!
