USELESS FNB SERVICE AND REFUND DEPARTMENTS

I place myself under debt review this month and FNB WAS notified through the guys that I gone under and expected the mandate however they still pulled off both of my loans now I'm sitting without money to support my child and none of them and correspondence what so ever.

So the debt company tells me they withdraw they money and let fnb refund me but still nothing 2 days later
