Useless FNB private suite line
It impossible to get help from FNB private suites. Their calls never gets answered. The verification systems never accepts my ID number. I tried calling the general banking line and Mfezeko (home loans) told me he cant help. Only private wealth can help. He told me no supervisor on the line that can help me as well. I insisted to speak to manager until I spoke to one.
