Useless fnb premier service

I am honestly sick and tired of this bank..as a premier client I might as well move to another bank

I was delivered a card that to date doesn’t work..and to get a new one I have to pay ... now I’m trying to call the 24/7 premier suite of PREMIER BANKERS for assistance to get an fnb app because of this stupid card... and apparently they only work from 8-4 and I was too annoyed to listen to the rest .. premier is honestly a waste of R219 ...
