Useless FNB - no access to my funds in account

I am trying to get my money transferred out from my fnb account to my international account for more than two weeks without any luck. i tried the secure chat but keep being passed to different people. All i need is my money and FNB does not allow me to get access to my money and transfer it to the international account that I have given them. tried the foreign department but no luck there as well.
