Useless fnb loans department

Good day On the 26th of October 2020 I did debt consolidation loan of which one of the account that was consolidated was capitec and now capitec says they did not receive my money and now am paying fnb and capitec of which I was suppose to pay only fnb now when I come to fnb for help no one is assisting me the just give me debt consolidation report of which capitec says the money was no suppose to be paid in that account so now am stuck with two loans that am paying were as I was suppose to pay only fnb and worse part fnb loans department are useless and helpless am angry and frustrated because when I did that loan I was told that it clear my capitec loan please help me clear my capitec loan
